A sweet discovery

If you put in too much sugar when you're making vanilla ice cream, the result tastes kind of like vanilla buttercream frosting in ice cream form.

It's a bit much, but my regrets are minimal.

(Recipe called for 1 + 1/8 cup, I put in 1 + 1/4 because we didn't have a measure small enough and I couldn't be bothered figuring out the conversion. Whoops.)

[Recipe] Easy frittata

I mixed two recipes together to get this, and it actually worked. I so rarely make anything loosey-goosey that actually ends up tasty, so, best to write this one down....
