A sweet discovery
Jun. 13th, 2020 01:14 pmIf you put in too much sugar when you're making vanilla ice cream, the result tastes kind of like vanilla buttercream frosting in ice cream form.
It's a bit much, but my regrets are minimal.
(Recipe called for 1 + 1/8 cup, I put in 1 + 1/4 because we didn't have a measure small enough and I couldn't be bothered figuring out the conversion. Whoops.)
