Judo adventures 5.09

Attending: Me, C, Gr, Ca, Ma & Jo & Ge, Nad, Mo & her friend. Ry-sensei instructing.

We worked on drop throws today. We did drop-morote seoinage, drop ippon-seoinage, and left-handed drop ippon seoinage.

I still wasn't feeling all that well, so I did some drills but stuck to uchikomi mostly, didn't do a lot of full throws. And no randori.

Hopefully I'll feel better next week.
