Judo adventures 5.03

Attending: Me, C, Ver, Mo, Ma & Jo & Ge, Nad, Bry, Car. Ry-sensei instructing.

We did some newaza drills to warm up. Then we worked on general throwing practice.

Toward the end of class we worked on ura-nage. C is preparing for the winter games, and this is a throw that has helped him a lot in competition, so basically it was to give him an opportunity to practice.

I'm going to have to cut my hair. It keeps getting in the way during groundwork.
