Judo adventures 3.41

Attending: Me, M1, Eth, Ed, C, Mo, Ma & Jo & Ge. TN-sensei instructing and Ry-sensei assisting.

The Alberta Winter Games are this weekend, so today was basically a conditioning/training day. No new techniques.

I partnered with Ge. She's very small, so it was challenging, but we were able to do the uchikomi practice etc just fine.

Afterward there was throwing practice, throwing the line, just doing whichever one you wanted to work on.

TJ said that C is on the list of potential athletes for Team Alberta. That is very exciting. Even being a possibility is really great! The downside is that C doesn't really have anyone at his level to practice against in Fort Mac. So he has some hurdles re: training. Ah, well.
