Judo adventures 4.24

Attending: Me, M1, F, TJ & C, Ma & Jo & Ge, Mo, Si, No, Ed, and a colourbelt kid that I don't recognize. TN-sensei instructing, J-sensei attending.

Big class today! We just did some basics because there is a competition coming up this weekend.

I partnered with F. It was nice to see him again. We did some uchikomis, then some moving uchikomis.

After a bit, TN-sensei had us do some failed throws that are converted into turnovers. F and I had trouble doing the example that he gave us, but others worked.

After that, a bit of randori. I did one round with Mo, and that was more than enough for me.

Finally, we did "speed uchikomi". Taking turns, as fast as you can for 20 seconds, several rounds. I did my best.

It was a good class! More people on the mat than I prefer, but it was nice to have so many people there.
