Judo adventures 4.02

Attending: Me, M1, M2, Mo, Na, E, Jaz, Rea, & Ri. J-sensei instructing.

This was Rea's first class. She did judo as a kid, but not since then. Jaz is newish. He did summer judo. Na is a colourbelt kid who aged into adult class.

We reviewed ippon-seoinage. For me and Rea, we did uchikomi for regular form while the others worked on drop throws. Then we worked on kesagatame. After that, camora.

Nothing much to say about the lesson so far. It was nice to see everyone. I'm annoyed at how out of shape I am.

I picked up my new gi. Now I have 3 gis, though one is patched up in several places. But this one is that style/size that fits best. I think I will wear all 3, cycling between them. That will be a little less laundry to do, hopefully.
