Judo adventures 3.65

Attending: Me, M1, C, E, Ma, Mo, & Ed. J-sensei, Ry-sensei, and Ri-sensei instructing.

I led the stretch today. I don't know if I did a good job. Eh.

We mostly did groundwork. Worked on turnovers, a few arm bars, etc. Partnered with M1 for that. It went okay. I usually have trouble remembering how to do it.

Then switched to the same drill where you do a throw and then go immediately into groundwork.

I worked a bit with J-sensei on that. We tried going directly into arm bars. I kept doing it too loosely - need to practice making it tighter. We also worked on osoto-gari a little, while the others were doing randori; I felt like just working on something specific instead.

Good class. Had fun.

I found out that Nationals are on the same day as the Eurovision final. So, that's a bummer. However, I'm still going to go to watch Nationals, if I'm able - if I can make it work with a collaborative thing with VP.
