Judo adventures 3.45

Attending: Me, Cor, Ma & Jo, E. J-sensei and Ry-sensei instructing.

Started on ground, first half of class. Did turnovers and hold downs. Then groundwork randori.

Working with Cor is an interesting challenge because he's big, but he's new to judo, but he had experience in wrestling. So it's a combination of factors. I can't get anywhere with him in randori but for practice it's fine.

Second half of class was upright. We didn't work on a particular throw; just picked one and then did throw-the-line type of practice. We did a lot of that in various forms. By the end, I had to sit put for a couple of minutes, but not as bad as when I didn't have my inhaler.

I've been using it before class every time now and it works pretty well.
