Judo adventures 3.7

Attending: Me, M1, M3, Kv, TJ, C, SJ, new kid B, new kid Cw, Kz, Mr, and a whole bunch of colourbelt kids. Sensei instructing.

We started off with groundwork; working on arm bars. First the setup for a turnover, and then breaking grip - similar to the techniques D taught us - in order to go in for an armbar. Worked with TJ for that. He found it kind of challenging because his short legs made it hard to get my elbow up above his knees.

After that, we worked on setups. Osoto-gari to sasai. I worked with Kv on that. He doesn't really know any throws yet, so we took it easy. After that, we worked on sasai to ippon-seoinage.

A little bit of randori at the end. Though, not so much for me - I stuck with Kv and we did some uchikomi. And then ditto with M3. Did do a round with new kid B, though. He seems to be enjoying the class. :)
