Judo adventures 2.37

Today was a little unusual! Shortly before class, a group of five teenagers showed up. They'd heard about the club and decided to give it a try. :D Sensei was occupied when they walked in the door, so I went over and talked with them for a bit. They seemed really nice! Wasn't able to get their names, though.

Attending: Me, A, VP, L, F, SJ, C, V-chan, Se, M, M2, (+ 5 newcomers). Sensei instructing.

After a very intense warmup, we started with some moving uchikomi + throw. Paired with V-chan. We tried a whole bunch of different things; since she's small, she's fun to throw.

Also did a few rounds of randori this evening. V-chan kicked my ass. After that, I paired with VP for a bit; wasn't able to get any actual throws on her.

It was a pretty fun class! I hope those kids had a good time, and that they will decide to come back.
