Judo adventures 2.26

Attending: Me, A, L, M1, M2, H, C, Kz, Ma. Sensei instructing.

The tournament this weekend went pretty well! M1 won gold and L silver; some other medals as well (including gold for V-chan, who wasn't here today). Also, M1 was upgraded to half green/half orange. Good for him. :V

Sensei said that there is some other upgrading that still needs to be done, buuut he misplaced the belts, so that'll happen later this week, I suppose. :V

Class was business as usual. Did some turnovers, did some grip breaking. Only had a little time at the end for throw practice; did a line of hip tosses on the crash mats - no time for randori.

I'm kind of glad that the class wasn't super intense, since I'd been out sick and hadn't been exercising. Bleh. I'm feeling better now, still kind of sniffy, but I'm glad I was able to ease into it.
