Dec. 19th, 2023 10:59 pmHad another physio appointment today. Result was good - the physiotherapist says that I should be good to start judo again in January. In the meantime, I'm to continue the exercises I've been given. But that's no problem.
I do have some remaining tightness in that foot, but overall I'm feeling pretty good. Very happy about all this.
I will of course be wearing a brace and taking it as easy as possible. But yes! Judo in January, hooray. Likely will doing 2 classes per week only; 3 was definitely pushing it. Undecided whether I'll do 2 instructed, or 1 instructed and 1 open mat. We'll see.
Ahhh I'm so excited...!

So... I probably would have been able to return to class much sooner if I hadn't done that. /facepalm
