Judo adventures - Class 43

Attending: Me, J, L, Si, M, and Jo. Also, two new guys - Je and Si's nephew O. This is the biggest class we've had in a while; it was nice!

Groundwork today. Practiced the bow and arrow choke again, for starters. Then after that various turn-overs and pins. Nothing too complicated; just keeping it simple since we had new people.

Little bit of groundwork randori at the end. One round with J, who pinned me in no time flat. One round with L; I managed to actually get somewhere with him, got him pinned pretty good! (Maybe he was going easy because it was his first day back). Then I did a round with O, which was very fun! As far as I know, he's totally new to judo; hopefully he'll come back next class.

All in all, very fun. Good class. :)

Sensei says he might be changing the time of Thursday's class. I'm kind of hopeful for that, because it currently runs quite late, and if it goes over time, I'm totally dead by the time I get back home. An earlier start time would work out much nicer for me.
