Judo adventures - class 16

yuuagoThrowing class today. Just review for this one; emphasis on technique and correct form, and review of ippon-seoinage.
I was mostly partnered with K-chan. She seemed pretty intimidated at first, but toward the end she started to get the hang of it. I told her that soon she'll be able to throw me, no problem.
I was still feeling sluggish, so randori took a lot out of me. I partnered with Sensei, and then K-chan. Then also K, and I managed to go a really good throw on him, hooray. Finished with K-chan again. She did manage to knock me on my ass at least once!
Had hoped to go a round with J today, but there wasn't time, alas. Next time. ;V I guess it's probably for the better that I didn't get to go with him today, because I was reallllly out of it. Hopefully next week I'll be feeling less bleh.
