Today was very busy, but pretty good. Finished up some work very early, and then went out geocaching. :D Found two caches today - probably could have done more, but I don't want to go through everything in the area too quickly. I'll leave some for next weekend, too.

You can definitely feel that autumn is coming. The air smells like it. It was almost too cold to wear shorts today, and I have very mixed feelings about that.

And now I'm off work until Thursday, hooray! Planning to do some relaxing, some reading, and... hopefully work on some fic, too.

Geocaching?

Geocaching! It's like a global scavenger hunt. The website gives coordinates for geocaches hidden in whatever area you want to search; you then go out in real life and look for the geocache. (A GPS-enabled device helps, but I've actually had quite a bit of success by just looking at the provided maps.) Sometimes the cache is just a logbook, sometimes it's a box full of trinkets. They're often hidden in pretty clever places.
