The other day, someone in a higher position in my department told me that I'm one of her favourite people to work with.

I'd been kind of worried about a whole lot of work-related things lately, so this was nice to hear. Sometimes it's really difficult for me to figure out what people think of me, because I tend to come off as kind of quiet and overly serious. So... it's good to hear that at the very least, someone I work closely with doesn't think I'm a weirdo, and (more importantly) that they don't think I'm a nightmare to work with, hahaha.

The 'outside confirmation' thing is such a mixed blessing, right? It confirms that the Anxiety is wrong and that people genuinely DO like you at the same time that it is a reminder that we are Seen which is always kinda jarring. ^^;; In any case, I'm glad you got some nice feedback!!
