I thought that I would have the house to myself this evening, but there was a change of plans, and now I won't.

That's really disappointing. And I'm probably disproportionately annoyed. But damn it, I was looking forward to being alone in the house and blasting my music and so on. And I was going to make popcorn and watch a movie!

...And yeah, I could do that at any time, but usually I can't watch a movie in the living room without someone commenting on how stupid whatever I'm watching is. Or sitting with me and making annoying commentary. And my laptop's disc drive has something wrong with it - probably just needs to be cleaned, but I won't know for sure until I take it to the computer place next week - anyway, it can't play discs, it just spits them out. Which means I can't watch stuff in my room.

I was just looking forward to being left alone for a while.

So, yeah. I'm mad. A little. I mean, I'll get over it, but I'm sure not happy about this.
