I'm really worried that my mum isn't going to like what I bought her for Christmas. I bought her some clothes, and now I'm worried they won't fit. And today she went to the same store where I got them, and she said that she didn't like a single thing that she saw there.

So not only are we probably going to need to exchange for size, but also she probably won't like what I bought her at all.

And the other thing that I'm giving her for christmas is a lace table runner that I bought in Brussels. But that's a household thing, it's not really personal, is it? And... when I showed her the lace desk coverings which I bought for myself, which are very similar to what I got her, she turned up her nose at them. So I'm worried that she won't like this, either.

I want to make her happy, but she's so damn hard to please.
