yuuagoWell. Needless to say that today has been Unusual.
Had a physiotherapy appointment in the morning. After I said that there had been no improvement (after all this time), she decided to try an ultrasound on my wrist. The soundwaves are supposed to improve circulation and some other stuff (can't recall at the moment). Then we'll do another next week, and a week after that, and if nothing happens she's just gonna' send me right back to the doc to figure something else out.
Lovely. Well, hopefully this will do something. Ugh. SO FRUSTRATED. But anyway. Couple hours after that, I went and got four teeth pulled.
I repeat: Lovely. :|
Actually, the whole process wasn't so bad. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but honestly, the process, getting it done -- even without sedation, it wasn't any more troubling than a root canal. In fact, I'd say the time I had to get a root canal was worse, just because I had to keep my mouth open forever. But this, it was no big deal.
Least, it wasn't until the freeze wore off. Ow. :| Man, am I ever sore. But so far I'm mostly okay. Just kind of displeased, hurr. WELL. LET'S SEE HOW IT'LL BE TOMORROW. Oh lawd. I foresee myself drinking lots of soup and playing lots of Robot Unicorn Attack and not doing much else because I'll be in no position to think much. I wonder how I'm going to drink coffee when I'm like this... I so do not need a caffeine withdrawal headache on top of everything else, goddamn.
