Everyone I know IRL would not be caught dead inside a Mcdonald's and that makes me sad.

It's not about Micky D's per se. It's about the spontaneity of hanging out and being out and about and popping in to get some fries and hang for a bit before you go out and about some more.

It also makes me sad that I pretty much only know fucking snobs.

A few months ago, I'd popped in for a quick lunch, and there were some guys hanging out and talking about music over fries. Very relaxed, very ultracasual. I wish I could have that. I don't know anybody here that I could do that with.

I think I'll take exercising light tomorrow. I'll need to rest my foot, but also I won't have time to do much anyway - too many tasks to do and errands to run, and I want to do another pass of my IIBB fic, because I don't know which date I will be assigned for posting and if it's the 12th I won't have much time to finish editing.
