yuuagoI made pancakes this morning.
I've struggled for ages with trying to find a pancake recipe that's actually suitable for 1 person. Most of the ones that say they're for just one serving still make way too much.
Eventually I caved and bought a mix, and that was a lot easier to adjust the ratio. I was able to get two small pancakes out of it, which is more than enough.
Unfortunately, I burnt them a little, but they still tasted good with maple syrup and butter. I'll know not to cook them so long next time.
I've been craving pancakes lately and honestly was tempted to just go to a breakfast place and eat some there, but I couldn't justify the cost. It'd be, what, twenty bucks? The box of mix cost me four dollars. That's more my speed.
