Jul. 2nd, 2025 08:06 pmI'm going to start doing 10s (10 squats, 10 situps, then 9 squats, 9 situps, etc). And taking the stairs more frequently also.
I'm not happy with my current level of fitness, and not being able to go to judo is not helping. This will be a small amount, but better than nothing.
+ An hour of walking every day (at least).
After I'm healed and ready to go to judo again, I will start looking again for a trainer. Right now, when I can't do anything that involves putting weight on the arms, it's not a good time.
