I've been trying to eat less for budgetary reasons. Unfortunately this mostly just makes me feel hungry all the time. [/pinches the bridge of his nose]

I've been relatively successful at reducing my intake of sugar, though. At least, sugar that does not occur naturally in fruit. And that's on purpose too - it'll be better for my teeth. So, that's something.
