Feb. 25th, 2025 09:49 pmFitness tracking is going well. Some small progress, at least. After a bit of wobblyness I can plank 2 sets to count of 30. I'll keep working at this for a while before I change it. Unsure whether I will try to add an additional set or whether I will try to lengthen the current sets. We'll have to see.
I was considering tracking more things, but I think just the planks and bridge progressions are enough to start with. And the beep tests, since those are infrequent. Since we don't do them every class, I wonder if it would be worthwhile asking for them on the Saturday classes. On the one hand, they tire me out. On the other hand, it's a consistent way to measure, and I do need to (try to) build up my endurance with running. I'll have to think about it.
Honestly, I should be working on my upper body strength too, but I think it might be best not to introduce too many new things at once. Maybe later.
