Judo adventures - Summer session 11

It was nice to see Co and L again. They both were injured back in the spring, so decided to take a long break in order to recover. They're both feeling all right now, so hopefully we'll see them more often.

Did a round of uchikomi with C. We then divided up into groaups of 3 and did throwing practice - one throws the other two, then switch, etc. By the end of it, I was pretty exhausted.

We cooled down with a bit of groundwork/armbar practice. It was a move we've done before, but kind of tricky.

Not much to say about this class, but it was very enjoyable. Looking forward to the next one. Hopefully there will be class on Saturday as well.
