So, on the days that I don't have the physio exercises, I've been walking. Done at a normal walking speed this time (not speedwalking). Did some very small amounts of jogging at very short intervals.

So far, no problems, and I find that very encouraging.

Also - I'm able to sit on the floor cross-legged now. I wasn't able to do that for quite a while; before, it was like - if I tried to bend my foot to do it, that would hurt (or, feel like it would hurt if I actually did force myself to do it). I'm still not able to do a more extreme bend required for my favourite yoga pose (sitting alternate leg bends) but that's all right.

Obviously, I'm not going to be doing much of either jogging or sitting in ways that involve putting my feet in atypical positions, but the fact that I can manage it at all is making me feel pretty good. I have a physio appointment next week, so... we'll see what he says.

I also found out that I was slightly mistaken about the hours they're open; it's a little later than I thought. So this means that I might be able to arrange for my appointments to be after work, rather than having to take time off work for them. At least, if I book ahead.
