Nov. 23rd, 2023 07:36 pmUgh! I feel like I'm constantly cold and hungry. This is the worst.
The cold at least makes sense - it's winter, the office doesn't really get warm because it's open-plan, I keep the heat in my apartment low for affordability reasons... It sucks, but it's business as usual. But I have no clue why I'm always hungry these days.
Considering I haven't been able to exercise properly for a while, you'd think I'd be doing fine, because I'm not burning much off in the day-to-day compared to what I was doing before. But noooo, apparently I need to be feeling famished all the time for no good reason. Body-of-mine, what the hell are you doing, fuck you. I am so not impressed.

Date: 2023-11-25 01:57 pm (UTC)Also just in my experience, exercising regularly actually makes me feel a lot warmer overall. Better blood flow all over I suppose. It's why I'm often more active with the more "regimented" types of exercise (like the gym) in winter.
