Judo adventures - Class 08

yuuagoToday it was me, K, L, and S. So, I was partnered with K for the whole time.
Today was mainly groundwork, which I found very challenging. Going to have to look up the names for the holds we were doing, as reference later. Anyway - the idea was to get someone in a position so that you can immobilize them. We did a few variations of that, and then some groundwork randori, which was fun but oh my god I suck at it so bad. xD
Aaand after that we did some practice of the forms for the basic throws - ouichi-gari and osoto-gari - though we didn't follow through with the actual throws this time.
Note to self: Review the stuff that we did today, look up the terms, etc.
