yuuagoBloody hell. Okay.
I decided to take my stat holiday on the 30th instead of 01st, so we'd have coverage. No big deal for me; I generally prefer to have my time off on random days rather than the actual stat, and I honestly haven't felt in a very celebratory mood lately, anyhow.
But I spent my day off running around doing errands, and then spent a few hours doing tech support for family, and by the time it was all over I was exhausted, so it wasn't exactly restful.
And THEN, while I was working today, I spent three hours on hold with Air Canada, because some of the connections in our flights to my brother's wedding were cancelled and I needed to get that fixed. A lot of people were in the same boat, of course, and it was a very simple fix once I actually got hold of somebody, buuuut... Air Canada's hold music is Not Exactly my work playlist of choice, if you know what I mean.
And also work was very busy because it was just me and the person who was covering for me yesterday didn't get everything done, whine whine whine. :V
Uuuugh. On Saturday, I need to get groceries, and pick my trousers up at the tailor's, and then I am going to do sweet fuck-all, because I have Had It. It's been a long week. I need a nap.
On the upside: I managed to find the time to do a final edit on my zine fic. Now it's with the beta. Finally! Hopefully the last round of edits will go quickly, and it'll be done soon. (I like this story well enough, but I really want to work on something else. :T )
