Recently, I sent off a draft to the person who'd approached me about the DenNor zine. I was a little bit nervous, because the story I wrote is set at a kind of tense time in the relationship, and relies on a lot of subtle things that might not necessarily come across the way I intended it.

But she said it was great and she wants to include it, yay!

She's going to send me some small adjustments - there are some things specific to this particular zine that mean I need to consider some things I usually wouldn't think about - and then after I do those, I'll do a round or two of edits, then send to a beta, and then...!!!!

Unfortunately I forgot to ask beforehand about the dialogue. orz' When I drafted this, I decided to write them the way I always do, so I wrote them speaking in dialect - which wasn't a very good decision in retrospect. So I might need to change a few things there. But, ah, it's not a very long story. It's fine!

Also, it's going to be illustrated!! By an artist I really like!!! AHHHH
