Busy day

I had today off, but that doesn't mean I wasn't busy. ;V

+ Went shopping. I now have a pair of jeans and a shirt that fit, as well as a pair of shoes without holes in it. Feeling very satisfied right now.

+ My car got stuck in the snow! Twice! Both times while trying to get out of parking lots. It wasn't hard to dig myself out, but geeze. It's been snowing a lot here, and it's all soft and super sloppy. Gross.

+ Made the super luxurious Hungarian mushroom soup that I love so much. Even went so far as to garnish it with green onion. I feel fancy.

+ Sent a fic off to a beta today. Feeling pretty pleased with this one, but it'll be even better when I finally get it out the door.

+ I'm feeling exhausted and I don't think I'm going to do anything else tomorrow (which I also have off) aside from lounge around and watch movies, oh yes. I have The Seven Samurai out from the library and I'm totally looking forward to it.

Congrats on getting a fic out to beta! \o/ I hope all the beta notes are helpful/full of praise. Blech upon the snow, though. D: Having to dig yourself out twice in one day is at least one time too many!

Re: Snow, the funny thing is that this has never happened before. All last winter, no issue. And the one before that. IDK what's up with this, maybe it's just... extra slippery today. Still, ew.
