Ugh, I want to work on literally anything except the thing I need to be working on.
There's this one Norway/Germany fic that's been sitting my drafts for ages, and I really want to work on it. But at this rate, I won't be able to touch it until next year's IIBB, hah. It's so very self-indulgent; it's super cozy and sweet, and I set it in one of my favourite cities.
Instead, here I am, typing up a draft... or, uh, not typing it up at this exact moment. Procrastinating on typing it up. Ew.
(I need to work on it, though... I need to keep working on it, and then it will be done.)
Maybe after I finish typing up the draft, I'll re-read that WIP, as a treat. It might help make the thing I'm supposed to be working on easier - not just because of rewards etc, but because the time-sensitive WIP involves Germany too, and I feel like I've completely forgotten how to write him.
