Mundane happy things

+ I have a new quilt for my bed! It's actually the correct size for the bed, unlike the one I was borrowing from my parents. Hooray. It's very bright and fresh-looking; blue and white checks. It feels really satisfying to have everything come together.

+ Came across somebody randomly reccing one of my fics today. Felt really good to see that! :D

+ Ahh, the chokeherry trees are in blossom! Things are finally starting to look alive around here. We had a bit of rain and it really helped. <3

+ I started writing again! Just a little bit of drawerfic so far, but it's a good start. The creative well has been so dry lately that I'm excited when I manage to do literally anything, haha.

Ahhhhh, that's a lovely-sounding quilt! ♥ (I need to get a new one someday - but when I liked, they were so pricey... and I already recently splurged on some super-nice sheets... ;_; )
