yuuago☆ When I was walking the dogs yesterday, I realized that the air smelled like autumn. Obviously, there's still some summer left, but. Soon. :V
☆ I recently gave up my flip-phone in favour of a smartphone. What this means: Soon (when life slows down a little) I'll be able to take up geocaching again! I never really was able to do it properly before, because I didn't have my own smartphone and my transportation was limited, but now that both of those problems are solved, I have more options. A lot of local caches have been destroyed in recent years (due to fires and floods) but there are still quite a few left to look for. Many of them are forest caches, so I'll have to wait until winter before it's safe to go looking for those, but I'm still really excited.
☆ Realized today that I would have been leaving on my trip in just over a week, if 2020 hadn't been how it is. :( ...Ah. Well. Next year! Or the one after that.
☆ Been doing research to buy some furniture recently. It's proving to be a complete pain in the ass. You'd think it'd be pretty simple to buy a white book case, but no! Local options are super limited. Damn, people who are able to just buy something from IKEA don't know how good they have it. (The closest one is a 5-hour drive away. Getting stuff delivered is around $200. Sigh.)
