I've been making a point to light candles more often. The other day, I was cleaning out some things in the house, and realized that I have all of these lovely candles. And I hardly ever use them, except for the occasional religious thing, and also for pysanky. There's no reason not to change that.

I have kind of acquired paranoia about fire and flammable things (for obvious reasons). But I have some nice lanterns with coloured glass, and that makes it easier. It's still open at the top, but since most of it is closed, that... helps.

And I like that I can warm my hands over it. My room gets so cold in winter, it's ridiculous.

Anyway, it's very cozy.
