yuuagoThe dog woke me up at 6AM with an absolute barrage of barking and it Would. Not. Stop.
I had plans today! Things that I needed to do! But now it's 10AM and I am exhausted and I don't want to do anything for, like, the entire day. Maybe I'll just lounge around all day reading bad poetry.
--Well, okay, it isn't bad exactly, but it's very much not to my taste. I'm having one of those moments where I'm slowly realizing that this collection is the absolute opposite of what I like. It's the kind of disappointment you get when you flip through something in the library, think it might be okay, and then take it home to discover that oh, actually, the two poems you read while standing in front of the shelf are the only two in the collection that you like at all.
(Alas.)
(And yet I keep reading through it because, well, maybe the next one will be better....)
[Edit: Actually, you know what, life's too short. Into the 'Return' pile it goes. xD]
On a lighter note, signups for Multifandom Drabble are open. Yay! ...I need to figure out what the heck I want to request. I have no idea.
