Oh my gods, I've missed writing Denmark/Norway so much. SO MUCH.

They're probably the closest thing I have to an "absolute favourite" pairing. Maybe. I think.

I dug up an old WIP with that pairing, and started slapping down some words with them, and... oh man. I really did miss writing these guys.

And it reminds me of all of the stories that I never did get around to writing! Like:

-The Napoleonic Wars thing that I never got around to doing
-The various Northern Wars things that I never wrote either
-The 17th-century threesome with Netherlands (I had ideas for more than one story with this...)
-The one with the breathplay and consensual necrophilia
-The one with the crossdressing (not the one that I've already written; another one)
-The various ideas where magic turns Denmark into various things because of reasons
-The one in which magic causes modern Norway to switch place with a version of himself from like 1600s or whatever and modern!Denmark just has to kind of deal with it for a while. (Mostly I wanted to play around with past!Norway being fascinated by modern things. And also kind of weirded out by how future!Denmark is more mature and less selfish than the one he's acquainted with. And then also they bang or whatever)
-And many, many more.

...But for now, I guess I'll just try to finish this one.
