^Someone in the VME discord threw out this thought, and I felt the need to paste it in here for safekeeping. Just, so I can look at it later. Because it really is a cute idea.
There's something really... nice? Cozy? About the idea of caretaking inversion with those two. Normally, the elder brother would be looking out for the younger one, but it seems that in some respects Ryouta would definitely have his shit together more than Hiraga. (Hiraga is a walking disaster, and I love him.)
And with this specific thing, there's something about how it's both mundane and a little bit absurd, that I find really sweet and appealing.
Speaking of the VME discord:

...Oh boy. Though I really do appreciate how active/enthusiastic the VME discord is, I can't keep up with something like this. xD Which is why I'm such a lurkbeast in there. And, um, everywhere.
I just - this might come as a surprise to some, or maybe not - chatrooms and me really do not mix. At all.

I have been informed that Roberto and Hiraga hide a corpse together in one of the novels, Bell of Gevaudan. ...I will have to look up more about this later.
WHY do I find this so intriguing? Who knows.
