Ahh man, the list of things I want to do on the upcoming long weekend keeps getting stuff added to it.

Toward the top of the list are 'get sloshed' and 'bake bread'. ...Not in that order.

I think it's because I've been under a lot of stress lately; all I want to do is laze about. Or do frivolous things. Or one and then the other.

Ahh, well. We'll see. Hopefully I really will get a chance to make that bread, at least.

(Still feeling moody about, well, everything. But the RSI situation seems to be improving somewhat, at least.)

Baking bread is always a good thing to do-- it's like 'when in doubt, but some dough in the oven--' I love bakeries, they are my absolute favorite

:D Yeah, there's just something so... relaxing, about baking. <3
I'm a newbie to breads - usually I just do cakes and pastries - so I'm still getting a feel for how making them is supposed to go. It's fun to learn it. :D

I really want to try making more types of breads--- more breads; I know how to make a basic country white but I also want to learn to make some of the specialty ones-- like asiago and sourdough. Maybe when I get time that will happen, who knows!
