yuuago☆ The sidewalks are so icy, it's driving me nuts. Walking to the transit stop tomorrow is going to be... fun. I don't know how many of you live in climates like mine, but if any of you do, please be very careful; it's a really dangerous time of year.
☆ Writing happened this weekend! And I finished some little things! And drafted a big thing! And, well, it's just nice to slap some words down. I feel good about it. Also, I followed Laufey's example and finally got around to putting my SSSS OC series under its own tag - Sing Me Home. Of course, this only encompasses the ones that involve storylines related to Niko & Vesa's families, but it'll be nice to have all of those together. (That many, really? I'm surprised.)
☆ Ahhh, I pulled my blinds up for the first time since October! It feels so good! When it's cold, I need to keep them down to keep the heat in. It's nice to have slightly-less-crap lighting in here. Possible that I will regret it when it starts to snow again, though....
☆ My dear Tik has been nudging me about NiF thoughts and I just... everything on my mind is so shallow, haha. xD "Mei Changsu makes me think of a fluffy grey moth", "I want to wrap him up in lots of blankets", "So many of the people in this series are really ridiculously good-looking", and so on. ;p Fortunately, she never expects me to be intelligent in any context. (This is why we are so compatible). Finished ep 14 last night, currently unable to estimate when I will finish the series, though I am getting through it faster than expected. But... I don't want to go through it too quickly, because it would be too much to take in. So, I'm glad that I have to savour it.

nightonficmountain is up! Voila. Noms start March 23; signups start April 07. Unfortunately, like all other things this year, I will have to sit this one out, but I'm happy that it's running again. I appreciate the particular rarity-based niche that this one fills.
