Finished reading: Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. I'm still kind of digesting it. One thing that I'm sure of: I wish I had read this when I was younger, because I would definitely have appreciated it. Secondly, and something that I've mentioned before - I like the actual writing itself, like, the fabric of it, so I'm probably going to end up poking around for more Bradbury works based on that.

Also finished reading: The White Magic Five and Dime by Steve Hockensmith & Lisa Falco. One thing that I didn't realize when I picked this book up is that Hockensmith is the guy who 'wrote' Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. ...This book is a lot better than P & P & Z (though that is not difficult to accomplish). It's a murder mystery, and tarot-reading figures heavily in the plot. At first I was a little unsure about the protagonist - she seemed a bit generically snarky at first - but she has a surprising amount of heart, and her story was more interesting than I'd expected, so there you go. It's a very light and quick read, but it's fun. So if you're looking for something like that, I'd recommend seeing if the library has it.

Currently reading: Nothing yet. I finished White Magic Five and Dime during lunch, and now I'm stuck in that space where I need to read something but I have no idea what.

Reading next: I have this one book of poetry by Rolf Jacobsen that I've been meaning to get to, so maybe...? Also I just discovered that I have a ton of Jim Kjelgaard novels downloaded to my Kobo; I completely forgot that I put them on there. Why I have them, I don't even know. (I read a ton of his books when I was a kid, and loved them, which is probably why, but... ????? it just seems kind of random.)
