I have been noncommunicative! But unlike some times, it isn't because I've been doing badly, but because I am happy and productive. So, it is what it is.
I managed to get so much writing done this weekend! And that's great, because the weekend started so badly. Knocked off some drafts and sent them off for proofing, and I just feel really accomplished, it's great.
... Haven't been doing much else, mind you. But that's all right.
Starting to worry about buying Christmas gifts. I have a lot of my shopping done, but I feel like I should pick up a few more small things. The question is what... argh, my family is so hard to buy for. Well, I'll think of something. Preferably soon. Especially since I might have to order it, whatever it ends up being. ... Should probably make my list too, I guess. (Ugh, I hate gift-giving holidays. Well, I do like giving my friends stuff, but that's not the same thing.)
I re-watched The Nightmare Before Christmas a couple nights ago. Was in a funk and - you know, sometimes like that, it's best to just throw on something that you've seen a million times. Been a few years since I last watched it, but man, it still holds up. It's just so good! And maybe I still have a thing for Jack Skellington, I admit. (It's the voice, I swear!)
ALSO, I was speaking with Lakonisk, and apparently she's found out the date when Eurovision tickets go on sale. So... hopefully she will be able to get some for us. [/crosses fingers] And if so, I'll have to book my spring flight to Stockholm soon! If she doesn't manage it, well, I suppose I might go to Stockholm next year anyway, though at a less crazy time of course. Maybe in autumn; I remember that it was very nice in autumn.
