Ugh, my back hurts, and my shoulders hurt, and my wrists hurt, and I am exhausted.

Last night, I was tired enough that I practically fell asleep at 8 PM. What?

In spite of all that, I don't think I'm getting ill, because I don't feel ill. But these sure are things that happen when I'm sick. I don't know. Maybe I picked something up at work and it's... doing... something.

I have PMs I need to respond to, and journal entries I want to write, but all I want to do is sleep. This sucks.

Tonight: Yoga and a run sounds good. Probably will not fix this, but at least I will be able to say that I made an attempt at doing something about it.
