Three miles, sixty minutes, it was nice but my legs feel like rubber.

I'm rather proud of myself for keeping this up for basically the entire week, but only time will tell whether I can continue. 20 minutes yoga in the morning, 20 minutes in the evening, + 40-60 minutes of walking. It's harder to do on my 10-hour workdays, when I don't get home until 7PM.

But even though I've been really, really sore lately, I feel pretty good, and I want to continue trying.

Mum says it's making a difference already, but it's a little too early to say.

This is just an extension so what I was doing before; it isn't as if I'm going from 0 to, suddenly, this. But it is more than previous, and I didn't previously work out in the mornings either. I find that the result is nice - I've felt a little bit more awake, at least in the last week. But we'll have to see how this goes.

There are other motivations behind this, but... it does feel good. It's nice.

Plus, it gives me something to do with my time that doesn't involve the computer screen. I will admit, I've been a little bit worried; my hands are awfully stiff at the end of a workday. So, it's good to be doing something else.

... ugh, I feel gross. Showertime! There are few things I like better than a cold shower after this routine.
