yuuagoTrying to write up some positive things because this weekend hasn't really been a very good one....
✿ I'm going to get a whole week and a bit off for Christmas, which is great... there will be lots of time to get things done and maybe I'll even get to relax a little.
✿ Most of my shopping is done, though some things haven't arrived yet so I can't start wrapping. But the gifts, they are bought. So I won't have to worry about it any more.
✿ I still have a good chunk of the last volume of Les Miserables left to read, but after that, I am done. (Fucking finally)
✿ The last few days have been snowy but not too cold.
✿ Writing is going very well and soon I'll be up to 50k (since I'm including the backlog of stuff, not just what I wrote during this month - one of those fics had about 13k on it when I started writing). So when I hit that mark I'm just going to relax and do some editing. ... And rewriting. There's going to be lots of that.
✿I hear Frozen is going to be released at the end of the month. That's great, because I still really really really want to see it, even with people wanking this way and that about it. The backgrounds look so awesome, man. (Yeah, I'm mostly interested in it for the scenery.)
✿ I thought I had mentioned earlier, but scrolling back through my journal, it looks like I didn't - the implant surgery went well, I mean, I was scared as hell while it was getting done but apparently it went through without any problems whatsoever. And after it was over, it hardly hurt at all - I mean, the gums around the area were a little sore because work had been done, obviously, but it didn't hurt internally. The only annoying thing was that I couldn't eat anything hot for a few days. I don't mind cold coffee, but having to take it cold whether I want to or not is no fun. ;p
