yuuagoToday has been horribly unproductive, hah. I'm not sure what it is about Thursdays; I just always seem to be a lump on those days. Ah, well. It doesn't help that I accidentally set my alarm for 7 PM again, rather than 7 AM, and ended up waking up at around 8:15 AM. Had to rush rush rush to get to the bus stop, no breakfast, nor no shower neither. Not exactly a good start to the day.
So after class I spent most of my time dicking around and not doing anything productive and so on. Tidied up some stuff. Did some cleaning. But nothing major. Laundry this evening. I'm running low on loonies for the machines, argh. I'm still good for two loads, but that's all. Anyway, while I was waiting for the laundry (which is why I'm awake at this hour, by the way - I've been trying to go to bed earlier as of late but uh, not happening tonight) I watched Wallace and Gromit in French. I tend to put a film on when I'm waiting for laundry, and if it's something I've seen a million times I tend to put the French language track on, partly because it makes it a little bit different that way, and partly because I have the hope that maybe I'll absorb something. But good gods, is my French ever terrible. Most of the time it just sounds like gibberish to me. Though I kept picking out "fromage" with this one - no surprise, because they talk about it a lot, and also because that's like, the only French word everyone knows. ;p
Was just poking around on the web and found out, maaan, there's a new Wallace and Gromit short film out? I had absolutely no idea. This year, apparently. Good gods I haven't even gotten around to seeing The Curse of the Were Rabbit yet, and that one's been out for ages. And come to think of it, I don't own Chicken Run yet either, even though it's one of my favourite films. Wtf is wrong with me.
Need to make up for lost time tomorrow. There are some errands I need to do, and I hope to get that all sorted out before noon (but who knows what'll actually happen). Some odds and ends and groceries and blah blah blah. To be honest I've been kind of worried about money lately, but... we'll see. Anyway, need to get that done, and then do homework in the afternoon. Without buses to catch and so on, will be less likely to throw off my groove.
... I just got IM'd by someone that I don't know. Apparently they are drunk.
