I'm in an extremely cheerful mood right now. I wasn't doing too fabulously earlier, as I was very frustrated with my writing, but I'm feeling better now. I read through some old old roleplay threads from Eurovision time (not just my own threads, either...). It put me in a much better mood, and now I'm just so-- happy.

There isn't anything to report about today, really. I went outside, but that's it. I slept in for far too long and pissed around in my PJs for far too long... argh. At least I got some of my reading done.

So. Sunday. What I want to do is get up earlyish, go out for a walk, then head to Superstore to pick up some things that I need. I want to get another wicker box for my books, as well as a few more things. Then the mid-afternoon and evening will be for editing and writing.

(Speaking of writing, I did write a very short thing today, just because I felt like doing something pretty and plotless. Maybe I'll type it up tomorrow. I dunno.)

There are a few things bothering me, but nothing really big. Mostly I'm just annoyed that I still have to call my mother every day, and I'm starting to get kind of antsy about school, and I feel like I wasted a good chunk of my summer. On the other hand, well, such is life! No big deal. I'm sure I'll get myself all sorted out.

On an unrelated note, I just want to say that I really love a lot of you. Some of you are just such sweetie pies, even if you deny it. <3

PERSEVERANCE ALWAYS PAYS OFF
Normally it isn't quite this horrible - at least not recently. But just as I was getting ready for bed a couple of hours ago, a bunch of drunks came and pounded on my window, and it startled me awake I guess. And it has not stopped, people keep passing by, being loud and scary, ahhhhh. Sleeping is hard right now ;~;

*CLINGS TO* I live in an apartment, and I am on the ground floor. Normally it is quiet, not so bad. But sometimes I get a lot of drunks passing by, or people who just want to be loud and make trouble (there are at least 6 bars on my street - sometimes it can get pretty rowdy).

I would be able to handle the noise, but the pounding and close range is scary, especially because the door on this building is not secure ;~;
