yuuagoGUESS WHAT.
I have a head cold. :| I am not amused. My nose is all plugged up and my sinuses ache. ARGH. Fuck my life.
Today was very "argh". As usual, I didn't really get a moment's peace. I wasn't even able to go out on my daily walk by myself. Jesus christ on a cracker, leave me alooooone. Fucknuggets. Oh, well. Guess I'll just have to deal with it.
Not sure where the day went. Blarrrrgh. Uh, we went to the used bookstore. There's only one in this town, and it's tiny and generally sucks and doesn't usually have anything worth reading. However, this time I lucked out and found two of the textbooks that I will need for a class. One of them is Thomas King's Green Grass, Running Water which I have been meaning to read forever, so it's all good. Once I'm finished with Ibsen I guess I might start on that. Aaaand after that we got groceries. Exciting. And this evening we all watched a movie together.
At around 8 PM I looked at the clock and thought to myself, "where the fuck did my day go?". I dunno, man. I did get the Baltic index updated today, though, so at least that's something. Didn't get any reading or writing done or anything at all, which is frustrating.
Think I'll go downtown on Monday. I want to poke around the mall and see what's new, and maybe take a walk in the graveyard, and get a cup of coffee at Coco Jo's. You know, the kind of thing I can't do with my parents around. Blech. Gonna take the bus down, yep, no matter how many protests I receive.
