yuuagoToday is, yet again, one of those days when I slept in far too late. Need to stop doing that. I'll change tonight! I'll go to bed at eleven, and get up at seven the next morning. Surely I will!
Construction is going on in the basement again. I woke up to the sound of sledgehammers, some sort of electric saw, and colourful cursing. Sigh. Sometimes I wish that these walls weren't so thin.
There's someone playing the guitar outside my window again. Thankfully, it's the middle of the day, not the middle of the night! I don't mind players and buskers during the daylight hours, or the early evening either, it's just when they're drunkenly jamming in the alley it gets pretty irritating.
My mother phoned yesterday, and she'll probably phone today. I don't want to talk to her. Sigh. And I still have not bought my bicycle. Need to go do that... maybe at the end of the week.
I want to do fannish things today but of course I'm unable to. Curses! Ah, well. Such is life. At least I woke up to find out that there's a new Norge picture at Himuraya's blog - a great way to start the day! No ficcing tonight - such a shame, I really wanted to work on that Swe/Nor story. Well, perhaps I can grab time to write a page or two during supper. And, gah, I can't stop thinking about the Den/Est story I want to write; but, I must put it on the backburner. Can't be writing things for myself just yet, unless they're very short. After all, I have that historical Can/Pol I promised I would do (almost ready to start writing it!) and the Swe/Nor for someone who shall remain anonymous.
Now I must head to the Roastery and attempt to be a productive individual. La~!
